Return/Exchange Policy

Welcome to Indy and Pippa. My name is Haley Ring, founder of Indy and Pippa and graphic designer. Im a mom of two girls always in search of pieces that make my girls happy while still being on trend and appealing to my personal style. We hope you love everything.

• All return, exchange, and other order inquiries must be made within seven days of your order being delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS.
• All of our items are hand screen printed. Please allow for slight variations in patterns and prints. Only returns will be permitted on these slight flaws, no exchanges.
• If you are experiencing an issue with your order saying it is delivered and it's not you must take this issue up with USPS first. Once an item leaves us, it is in the hands of usps. 
• We always do our best to make any order mistakes right, but it is easiest for us to do so when you let us know any issues asap. Thank you so much
